Details of the Dove Hunt...

Two afternoon hunts, two nights lodging (a noon arrival with an early morning departure breakfast the third day) with privilege to bag dove, shoot sporting clays or just relax. Both field hunts are conducted in the afternoon hours from about 3:30 p.m. until sundown. Different fields are used each day.
Each hunter is furnished a camp stool which has an insulated compartment for cold drinks and an ammunition box that holds three to four boxes of shells. Executive Outfitters, Inc. personnel will supply additional shells and cold drinks as needed at the field location.
All birds will be cleaned, packaged and iced for your trip home.

What to bring for your dove hunt...

Shotgun shells (12 and 20 gauge) are furnished by us.

You should bring your own gun, high top boots, rain slicker and bird bag.
Gratuity is not included.

Prior to the hunt:
You must have in your possession a valid Texas hunting license. Out-of-state hunters can obtain a Non-Resident 5 day Small game Hunting License by calling Texas Parks & Wildlife.

 Bring your own hunting dog if you wish. We have kennels located at our headquarters.

You will be housed at the Lake Brownwood Christian Retreat, Lake Brownwood, Texas.  The "dorm" facilities are air conditioned and heated with large bathroom areas. Each "dorm" houses up to eight guest very comfortably. An adjoining sitting room allows ample room for relaxing, or playing your favorite card game. All linen, towels, etc. are furnished.

The Brownwood, Texas Airport, located 15 miles away, provides adequate facilities for most private or corporate aircraft (day or night).

$875.00 per hunter
One-half the fee is due and payable with confirmed reservation (non-refundable).
Balance due 30 days prior to hunt.
Special or private hunts can be arranged between the regular weekend hunts. A minimum of 25 hunters is required at the published rates (smaller groups can be handled at special rates). The same basic agenda is usually followed; however, the agenda can be structured if desired.

4% charge on credit card purchases. Gratuity not included

Gratuity

Although gratuity is not required, we do ask that you recognize the effort put in by our guides and cooks. A standard 10%-15% of the total value of your hunts acceptable and greatly appreciated.
